A buffet lunch, fresh fruit, local specialties, and the aromas of African, European, and Mediterranean cuisine are an introduction to the Africana Restaurant. Every day, the menu is based on fish and seafood sourced from the ocean. In the evening, the dishes take on a completely different character, as our Guests discover the à la carte menu prepared by Executive Chef Marek Schwulst. Our philosophy is based on using seasonal, local ingredients and working with regional suppliers, ensuring that every dish delights with its authentic character. Themed culinary evenings allow Guests to discover the flavors of different corners of the world while enjoying the rich culinary heritage of Pemba Island. Buffet lunch: 13:00-15:00
